NEW YORK -- Fox News Corp. said that it's has canceled the publication of an O.J. Simpson book and a two-part television special in which Simpson discusses the murders of his ex-wife Nicole and Ron Goldman.
"I and senior management agree with the American public that this was an ill-considered project," said Rupert Murdoch, News Corp. chairman. "We are sorry for any pain that his has caused the families of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson."
Surprise surprise Rupert Murdoch was involved!!!!!!!
There was a slim, slim but not nonexistent chance of him incriminating himself in that interview in a way that would allow for another trial. If it won't be aired, I wonder if it will be subpoenaed. And I just know, that somehow Fox will find a way to make a buck. They'll sell the rights to another company, put out a dvd, something. I'd bet on it. Who wants to bet a quarter. Hey wait, does this make me on online gambling site?
